North signs contract with Agge

One of the world's most proficient FIFA players, August "Agge" Rosenmeier, writes contract with North.

North, for those who might not know them, are an esportsorganization founded by F.C. Copenhagen and Nordisk Films.

Agge has despite his only 22 years previously played FIFA for Paris Saint-Germain and Hashtag United.
Now he returns to his home country, where the goal together with North is to reclaim the title as world champion. The new agreement means that Agge’s permanent base will be in Telia Park, Copenhagen, where he has to train daily towards big tournaments.

Director of North, Christian Sørensen, welcomes the expansion of the North Organization with FIFA and Agge: "FIFA as eport is in strong growth. World championships saw 400% growth in the number of viewers this year and a total of 29 million across platforms. It is a game which we see great commercial opportunities in.

"This is the next step in the development of North as a multigame organization. Agge is one of the biggest eports brands in Denmark, and we can utilize it for current and future partners."

North currently counts a CS: GO crew, who won Dreamhack Masters 2018 in early September.

In Leagues staff we are hoping to see more teams from North, maybe a League of Legends team in the near future :D
